Dr. Natasha
Dr. Natasha is the Principal & Founder of the DreamChaser Group consulting and business management firm; President & Chairperson of the DreamChaser Foundation; and, Founder of Today’s Truth, a motivational brand started as a quick way to document the events and feelings of the day.
She has spent more than 30 years in the entertainment, arts, and nonprofit sectors; marrying her love of the arts with her commitment to “make her part of the world a little better than how I found it.”
With more than 25 years of business and executive leadership experience, Dr. Natasha prides herself on providing her clients, with exceptional service. Her mantra is “No one is perfect, but on the way to perfection, you must pass excellence.” Dr. Natasha’s keen insight, ability to authentically partner with clients and build relationships, and develop and implement clear strategies, speaks to her ability to leverage an array of resources to accomplish the task at hand and DCG’s longstanding client relationships.

Tyelisha Johnson is the proud founder and owner of two thriving businesses: Intellectually Us,an education company, and Point Knowledge Consulting & Administrative Services, a firmspecializing in strategic planning and systems development. She embraces the philosophy, "It takes a village," which guides her work in creating meaningful community impact. With over a decade of administrative experience in strategic planning and systems development. Tyelisha is deeply passionate about community-building, focusing on business education, reentry services, and educational resources.
Tyelisha is deeply passionate about community-building, focusing on business education, reentry services, and educational resources. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Spelman College, an all-women's HBCU in Atlanta, and later received a Master’s in Interdisciplinary Studies of Criminal Justice Administration from Georgia State University. Tyelisha strives to embody Maya Angelou's ideal of a "phenomenal woman," offering the best version of herself daily, and follows her God-ordained mission of serving others to foster prosperity and unity within communities.
