Return + Delivery Policy
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and 3–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location. DreamChaser Group is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns
We want you to love your DreamChaser purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@dreamchasergroup.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Damaged, worn, or washed items will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect.
Damages
We carefully inspect each order before shipping. DreamChaser Group is not responsible for damages that occur after delivery or as a result of mishandling, improper care, or wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
DreamChaser Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products. By completing your purchase, you agree that our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
